The Everlove Wellness Market is a vibrant showcase of Canada’s finest health and wellness brands, holistic services, artisanal products and health-conscious cuisine.

We're excited to work with vendors who align with our festival values and offer products and services that support holistic wellness and sustainable living.

Our unique location in the Blue Mountains provides the perfect setting to feature your health and wellness offerings.

Vendor applications due: March 31, 2026

  • The vendor market will be open from and to:

    Friday 5PM-8PM

    Saturday 9AM-6PM

    Sunday 9AM-12PM

  • The Everlove Wellness Market will be hosted at Alpine Ski Club in The Blue Mountains, Ontario.

    All vendor booths will be inside in the main area to ensure high traffic.

  • The Wellness Market is open to guests attending the festival; and there will also be a vendor market only ticket for $12.

  • $350: 10x10 regular booth

    Fees Include:

    • Power (needs to be selected in the application).

    • Access to WIFI

    • Parking

    • Please note: Spaces larger than 10' x 10' will be charged as two booth spaces.

  • Security: Vendors are responsible for the security of their own valuables and products, so please do not leave your booth unattended. Overnight, all valuables and products must be either stored in our secure storage room or taken with you.

    Wifi: An open WiFi connection will be available for POS payments; however, please be aware that it is unsecure and may be unreliable. For a more secure and consistent connection, we recommend using a hotspot on your phone for transactions.

    Power: Power is included in your booth fee; however, you must indicate your power needs on your application.

    Tents/Weights: Not required as all vendor booths will be inside.

    Tables/Chairs: Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
